Oyster house!!

Today, my aunt and uncle came to Nagasaki to see my cousin, so they stopped by Isahaya too. We went to an oyster house and ate a huuuuuuge bucket full of oysters! We cooked the oysters by ourselves over this little makeshift firepit thing...

I was reminded again of how small Isahaya is, because the lady who owns the oyster house happened to work at a local izakaya (bar) I go to...small world!!

Anyways, here's more pix:

oyster+lemon=delicious combo!

This last one's for you mom-its mostly raw-delicious!! aren't you jealous?? ;)

After lunch, we went to a nearby waterfall. We wanted to see the foliage, but apparently the leaves in this particular place don't turn too red. It was still pretty though!
While we were walking, we found a random lil crab! haha

We continued walking over a suspended bridge...so scary how it's held up just by those wires(!!!)

Anyways, afterwards, we stopped by a place famous for homemade ice-cream and had some ice cream and then my aunt and uncle dropped me home and they headed back to Kitakyushu...

It's a pity that I'll be leaving Isahaya for Hiroshima in 3 weeks...Everyone here is SO nice and friendly, but I'm excited to start a new life and have many more adventures in Hiroshima...I'll keep you all updated!!! :)
